We are going to distribute these brochures throughout the Musky fishing community in each respective area, highlighting participating sponsors. The money raised from these efforts will be benefit the David "Crash" Mullins Multiple Myeloma Foundation, LLC.

• To fund all aspects of the estimated $450,000.00+ for ongoing and life-sustaining cancer treatment prescribed for David "Crash" Mullins.

• To encourage and facilitate planning and participation by all those interested in direct donations and/or specific fundraising activities.

• To educate the general public concerning the present and future treatment capabilities available to those persons who have been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma.
